Diana's Home Services LLC (“Diana’s Home Services”, “we”, “us”) operates the website www.dianashomeservices.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, the type of cleaning you are interested in, how often you want it, the type of property and its number of bedrooms and bathrooms, any add-ons you select, and the price range shown to you. If you write to us by email, WhatsApp, text message or phone, we keep the content of that conversation.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the Site (for example the search engine or advertisement you clicked, including campaign tags such as utm parameters or a Google click identifier), and general usage statistics. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in section 4.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• prepare and send you a cleaning estimate and a confirmed quote;
• schedule, perform and follow up on the services you request;
• answer your questions and communicate with you about your service;
• keep records of the services we provide and process payments;
• understand how the Site is used so we can improve it;
• measure the results of our advertising;
• protect the Site against spam, abuse and fraud; and
• comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build marketing profiles for third parties.

3. Text messages and phone calls

When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your estimate, your appointments and the services you asked about. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP or by telling us directly, and we will honor your request.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand traffic and usage. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as your approximate location, device information and the pages you visit. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. You can learn how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

When you first visit the Site you see a cookie notice where you can accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. If you decline, we honor that choice through Google Consent Mode and only strictly necessary cookies are used. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; parts of the Site may then work differently.

If we run advertising campaigns on Google or Meta (Facebook and Instagram), those platforms may set their own cookies or pixels on the Site to measure conversions, subject to the consent choice above. Their privacy policies apply to the data they collect.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business, and only for that purpose:

• website hosting and delivery (Vercel);
• secure storage of estimate requests (Supabase);
• email delivery so we are notified of your request (Resend);
• analytics (Google Analytics);
• messaging services you choose to use with us, such as WhatsApp.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

6. How long we keep information

We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you never become a customer, we keep your request for a reasonable period so we can follow up, and delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 8).

7. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and estimate requests are transmitted and stored using providers that apply industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also opt out of marketing messages. Residents of certain states, including California, may have additional rights under their state privacy laws; we honor those rights as the law requires. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.

9. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Instagram. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing information with them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
